Tasting Note This 100% Chardonnay wine reflects the abundance of sunshine that is typical of Lebanon's climate. The elegant yet somewhat evolved nose speaks to the time this wine spends in barrel along with an increased density and richness on the palate.
Best served at 8°C - 10°C.

Grape Varieties: Chardonnay (100%).
Age of the Vines: 20 to 25 years.
Density/ha: 3,500 vines/ha
Soil: Gravelous and limestone, with clay subsoils.
Irrigation: Dry farmed
Harvest: 100% manual in boxes, with intensive selection in the vineyards.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. No Malolactic. The wine is aged in oak barrels (1/2 new, 1/2 first use) for 8 months.
